Why we exist

Hospitality revenue is messy in the best way: late covers, split bills, comps for regulars, and supervisors who close the night under pressure. Monthly packs can look calm while the floor still leaks. Smartappconnect was built to sit between the dining room and the bank statement — not to replace your accountant, but to stress-test the path guest spend actually takes.

Origin

The practice grew out of repeated month-end conversations with Hong Kong hotel F&B teams and independent restaurant groups who needed someone willing to sample guest checks at odd hours, not only review summaries. We keep a small Kowloon Bay base at MegaBox so property visits across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island stay practical.

How we work with clients

We favour named outlets, named periods, and findings you can act on before the next payroll cycle. Reports use the language of covers, tabs, voids, and deposits — not abstract frameworks. When a finding is uncertain, we say so and show the sample size.
