When a follow-up review is worth the fee
Not every findings pack needs a re-test. Here is when Hong Kong operators usually book one.
A follow-up control review re-samples outlets after you change void rules, deposit timing, or supervisor training. It is not automatic, and it should not be sold as a subscription.
Book one when
- The original findings included cash-impact items, not only tidy-up notes
- You changed who holds void rights or how Sunday cash is sealed
- An owner, franchisor, or lender asked for evidence that fixes stuck
- New supervisors inherited the outlet within a month of the first audit
Skip or delay when
The only findings were documentation gaps you have already closed with better filing, and covers have been light enough that a re-test would sample noise.
Timing
Six to ten weeks after the findings walkthrough is a common window: long enough for habits to form, short enough that memories of the first visit remain sharp.
