Hospitality revenue audit

Typical for one hotel F&B cluster or a multi-outlet restaurant group over a two-to-four-week fieldwork window. Extra outlets or a longer sample period increase the fee.
Outlet reconciliation review
From HK$12,000
Short window for a single restaurant, bar, or hotel outlet. Best when you already know which days look wrong.
Pre-opening control check
From HK$18,000
On-site workshop and checklist around soft opening. Travel within Hong Kong is included; Macau or mainland travel is quoted separately.
Follow-up control review
From HK$14,000
Re-test of agreed fixes after a prior Smartappconnect findings pack. Discounted when booked within six months of the original engagement.
What shapes the estimate
- Number of outlets and POS brands in scope
- Length of the review period and peak-season density of covers
- Quality of existing void/comp logs and deposit records
- Need for evening or weekend sampling shifts
- Language of source documents (we work in English; bilingual packs are available on request)
Deposits and billing
Larger engagements usually require a booking deposit to hold fieldwork dates. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the findings pack. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
