By using https://smartappconnect.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Enquiries submitted through the contact form are invitations to discuss a possible engagement; they do not form a contract until a written scope and fee are accepted.
Services described
Pages describing hospitality revenue audits, outlet reconciliations, pre-opening checks, and follow-up reviews are informational. Fees shown are guidance only. Binding terms for an engagement appear in the proposal or engagement letter you receive.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and brand marks belong to Smartappconnect or its licensors. You may not copy findings templates, process descriptions, or substantial site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Engagement deliverables remain subject to the licence stated in your engagement letter.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt availability, scrape personal data, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person when requesting an audit.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Smartappconnect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law. Professional liability for paid audit work is governed by the engagement letter, not these website terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
